The Gift

During my MA, we were given the opportunity to take part in a competition as part of textile designer Keith Khan's project, 'The Gift'. The brief was to design a collection of garments, using Keith's print, that represented the diverse range of people living in the city of Leeds. My childrenswear designs was chosen as one of the winners and was made as physical garments. The garments were showcased across Leeds City and members of the community could try them on at these special events. This was the first time my 3D designs have been made into a physical product, so it was very exciting to see it come to life.
